Wardrop Engineering Inc and Owlett Jaton have taken space

Acting on behalf of Highcross Strategic Advisors Limited, King Sturge has let Ground Floor Apple 2, Kembrey Park, measuring 3,075 ft² to Wardrop Engineering Inc.  The company has been providing engineering, environmental, information technology and business solutions for over 50 years throughout Canada and has recently been established in the UK.  Deborah Fairclough of Wardrop commented:  “Due to our increasing expansion requirement we needed a property that could accommodate our needs for our projected growth both in the short and long term.  Kembrey Park was our first option and we are delighted to be taking the company further at the park”.

King Sturge has also let Suite 42 Cherry Orchard North to Owlett Jaton,  the UK's largest stockist of fasteners, fixings, ironmongery and hardware supplying the distributor and merchant trade.  The company previously occupied office space in the town centre and made the decision to relocate in July 2007.  Tony Williams of Owlett Jaton added “the time was right for us to move and various factors contributed to the decision for us to choose Kembrey Park”.

Michael Doran of King Sturge added “the past year has been a successful one for Kembrey with one of the highest levels of take up within Swindon’s business locations.  The landlords are able to offer a range of accommodation from a one man office to a head quarter building.”
