Wales Industrial team wins award for second year running

The Cardiff Industrial Agency Team is celebrating after winning the coveted ‘Wales Industrial Agency of the Year’ for the second year running.
The Insider Awards Dinner was held on 19th April at City Hall in Cardiff. The event was organised by the business magazine Wales Business Insider and judged by a panel of independent adjudicators including the head of the RICS in Wales and a representative of the Welsh Assembly Government.
The Cardiff team comprises Rob Ladd, pictured accepting the award, Chris Sutton, Neil Francis and Andrew Haynes. The past 12 months has seen the team complete 54 lettings totalling 1.23 million ft² of floorspace and 47 sales or acquisitions representing 1.79 million ft².
Chris Sutton commented “We are pleased to receive this award for a second year running and it’s a reward for a great team effort”. King Sturge beat off short listed firms DTZ, Cooke & Arkwright, Knight Frank and Hutchings & Thomas.
