King Sturge has let suites 53-54 Cherry Orchard East on behalf of Highcross Strategic Advisors Ltd
Acting on behalf of Highcross Strategic Advisors Ltd, King Sturge has let suites 53-54 Cherry Orchard East, totalling 3,640 ft² to WYG Trench Farrow.
This year the company is celebrating their 30th anniversary as market leaders in construction project management. Paul Springgay of WYG Trench Farrow added: “Due to our expansion this year as a result of our merger with White Young Green we quickly identified Kembrey Park as our preferred option. The on site facilities and general environment made this an easy choice for us.”
