The Liverpool office is headed by Chris Prescott together with a dedicated Liverpool property team. We are able to provide all services in Liverpool which are normally available from our Manchester office.

Over the last 2/3 years, our instructions in Merseyside have included handling negotiations on behalf of English Partnerships for the new Ford Industry Park at Halewood, being the appointed property advisers to the Speke Garston Development Company on the new 300 acre Business Park development adjacent to Speke Airport, and advising Girobank on their existing Bootle facility and the proposed development of a new 300,000 ft2 office facility.
