King Sturge Scottish agency team appointed by AWG Property Ltd and System International Syndicate

King Sturge is pleased to announce another high profile office instruction for its Scottish agency team.  AWG Property Ltd and System International Syndicate have appointed the team as agents to market over 103,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at Hamilton International Park in Blantyre.

The appointment is for two high-quality buildings – Kilpartick House and Nevis House which dominate the entrance to the park.  Kilpatrick House provides 40,664 sq ft of flexible, open plan floor plates across three floors together with 145 car parking spaces, whilst Nevis House offers 63,452 sq ft over four floors, together with 240 car parking spaces.

Both buildings have Enterprize Zone Status enabling highly competitive leasing packages to compliment the occupational options the two buildings can offer to local regional and UK-wide relocation customers.

“This is a significant instruction for King Sturge`s Glasgow agency team”, said a delighted KS Partner Campbell Hart. “We have confidence in the buildings and will be advising on repositioning in the market, reconstructing the marketing materials, including a new website, as well as addressing occupational facilitation for customers with our building consultancy team”.   He added: “Hamilton International Park sets the standard for substantive out-of-town office relocations in the West of Scotland, recently landing the John Lewis Partnership.  Nevis and Kilpatrick tick all the right boxes – established park, quality space, mature infrastructure and occupier facilities, high quality co-occupiers plus an outstanding commercial offer through EZ status”.

John Dunn, Director at AWG Property Ltd said: “King Sturge presented new and engaging initiatives for the future marketing of these attractive buildings.  We were impressed with the customer focus of the pitch they presented and look forward to working with them to let our buildings”.

Hamilton International Park is centrally located in the heart of Scotland, approximately 13 miles south east of Glasgow City centre. It is served by the East Kilbride Expressway that provides access to the M8 between Glasgow and Edinburgh and the M74 towards the north of England.
