Despite the bad weather the King Sturge 'Open House' event at One Park West was a huge success.

Over three days from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th June 1,500 members of the public came through the doors to attend Grosvenor’s launch of their latest  new show apartments at One Park West, their landmark residential building in the heart of Liverpool One.

Accompanied by a DJ, Yo Sushi, a Pimms bar, hog roast, free makeovers from Debenhams and manicures by Nails Inc this was a massive sales event.  "We were all exhausted" said Martyn Green, Partner at King Sturge. "Three non stop days of people coming to see the apartments, it was unbelievable" "To top it all - we sold one of the new show flats and three other apartments too!"

The 'Open House' event was advertised regionally and Grosvenor was delighted with the response too.
