The UK logistics team is one of the core team which sits within the Group focusing on the high bay warehouse market. The Logistics team communicates daily to produce a truly national service. The focus is on tracking of enquiries; market trends; development/funding opportunities; and UK marketing initiatives, backed up with quality research. The logistics group also links with our European Offices providing a Europe wide service.

In addition, the Group has particular expertise in airports, ports, trade counter and self storage markets, data centre markets, and owner occupier freehold markets, where we provide development and funding advice in addition to day-to-day agency advice.

In association with the research department, UK Industrial Agency Group produces the Industrial and Distribution Floorspace Today publication twice yearly.
