• Providing annual asset valuations for many property companies and funds incorporating significant retail elements including the likes of London and Cambridge Properties Limited, Frogmore Investments, St Modwen plc and Aviva.



• We also provide advice in respect of loan security valuations on behalf of most High Street Investment Banks and Building Societies including Barclays Capital, CITI Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Allied Irish Bank, Bank of Ireland, Eurohypo and RBS.



• The group currently comprises 80 valuers across 15 offices throughout the UK and has over 30 partners.
