Current projects include:
- Durkan Group, Ilford, negotiation of S106 affordable housing and additional planning obligations with the London Borough of Ilford and the GLA on a 350 dwelling scheme with 30,000 ft of commercial
- Barratt Homes, Ealing, financial viability using the Mayor’s Toolkit in respect of the affordable housing and planning contributions on a mixed use scheme, negotiating with the London Borough of Ealing
- Land People, Putney, financial viability work on a large mixed use scheme in Putney town centre. Negotiations with Wandsworth Council and the GLA
- Currently working on behalf of a private landowner at public inquiry in respect of planning obligations linked to a 4,000 home urban extension. Employed to demonstrate the lack of viability in meeting the local URC’s planning obligations requirement
- We are currently employed by a URC to appraise a leading house builders financial statements in respect of the provision of affordable housing and other related obligations on a 2,000 dwelling scheme on the edge of Cambridge. Negotiating with the applicant on behalf of the URC and local Council and examining options in respect of funding/investment that may ultimately enable development
- On behalf of a private developer, King Sturge has used the Homes and Communities Agency Economic Assessment Tool to justify the requirement to waiver the requirement for affordable housing provision on a mixed use scheme including proposals for 390 residential units at Ipswich Marina.
