In one of the largest industrial lettings in South Wales this year, international distribution company, Spectre Logistics, has leased Unit 6B at Parc Nantgarw, Treforest. Spectre Logistics will use the 121,310 ft² distribution unit to provide an administration and distribution centre for furniture deliveries on behalf of a number of major manufacturers, including Harveys.

Mads Nicolajsen, Managing Director of Spectre Logistics Limited, highlighted the suitability of Parc Nantgarw for distribution; "with its close proximity to Junction 32 of the M4 motorway, combined with ease of access to our key clients, Parc Nantgarw offered an ideal location in which to invest in a major new distribution hub. The self-contained unit provides the right specification for our needs with dock level loading and security".

Unit 6B totals 121,310 ft² on a secure site of 5.4 acres, having been constructed in the mid 1990s. King Sturge and GVA Grimley acted on behalf of Messrs Adrian Berry and Ian Brown of Deloitte, acting as LPA Receiver for Treforest Estates Limited.
