King Sturge has advised on the sale of the former Honeywell premises on Waterloo Road in Widnes for an undisclosed amount and has been retained by the purchaser, Polemarch Industrial Ltd, to identify tenants for the three units.
The three units which total 36,972 ft² site, have been rebranded ‘Waterloo Sunset’, and comprise a mixture of storage and distribution, production and high quality, fully fitted office accommodation. Unit 1 is 17,903 ft²; unit 2, 11,156 ft²; and unit 3, 7,913 ft². The three buildings can be occupied separately or together.
Mark Sillitoe, Senior Surveyor at King Sturge, comments: “Waterloo Sunset provides a mixture of modern accommodation in an established location where there is little in the way of competition. The excellent condition of the space and the fully fitted office accommodation means that occupiers can move straight in. We anticipate that the scheme will be an excellent opportunity for a wide range of business in the area”
Davis George has been appointed as joint agent.
