Our dedicated Management Accounts team is led by a qualified accountant. The team works closely with property managers to ensure seamless service provision to our clients.

To safeguard the assets of our clients and provide efficient management of their resources, we operate within the requirements of the Rules of Conduct for Firms - Clients' Money of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and our own Management Accounting Quality Assurance Procedures. These are reviewed regularly and updated as appropriate.

We use Tramps software to support both our property management and accounting needs. The system is widely used to record detailed property information. We recognise that access to accurate, relevant information is critical to our clients. Our use of the system and associated report-writing software affords the ability to provide a high standard of reporting on a timely basis. We are able to e-mail reports and provide access to information via a dedicated client extranet. Full disaster recovery procedures are in place.
