King Sturge has been assisting clients in complying with their duties under the CDM Regulations, which were revised in 2007. Certain designated staff have received specialist training and have joined the Association of Project Safety CDM-C Register which requires proof of competency to act in the role of CDM Co-ordinator. All professional building staff including designers have also received general training on the new regulations.
Our CDM team have already built up significant experience in this role and have advised clients on their duties in relation to commercial properties including industrial, office and educational projects from the relatively small refurbishment to multi-million pound redevelopments.
