This publication reports on the latest trends in the UK industrial market. Published twice a year in March and September, it presents our latest survey of availability, speculative development and prime rents for every region.

Our industrial floorspace survey has been published since 1975 and is the only source of longrun supply data that enables comparisons with 10 or 20 years ago. This September 2009 edition shows the rising trend in supply has continued, with secondhand space filling the void of development starts, as new supply decreases for the first time since 2004. The latest trends in the big shed distribution market, show a very challenging half-year for the sector.
