We assist with portfolio planning, designing products and identifying investment opportunities according to the investment objectives of our clients.
Through the King Sturge network, we have an established office network of wholly owned and associated offices enabling us to have a presence throughout Europe and the rest of the world. We work closely with local offices and contacts across Europe in terms of deal sourcing, due diligence, property management, lettings, and local market research. King Sturge has been involved in £10 billion worth of investment transactions across Europe in 2005/06.
