The development finance consultancy team is based in London, and works extensively on projects in the UK and throughout Europe. Working in conjunction with the Fund Structuring team, we are able to provide clients with a comprehensive consultancy service on all aspects of the development process, from site acquisition through to disposal of the completed asset. Working with both funds and developers enables us to best understand our clients’ requirements and to maximise value.
The service we provide is fully encompassing: incorporating initial site due diligence on potential development schemes, liaising with our Agency colleagues to procure the most effective scheme, and dealing with all planning aspects. We are involved in the development process at all times, advising clients on the progress of the development to ensure that it is built on time and within budget. We are constantly looking at angles to improve and enhance schemes, and to locate the best tenants.
In conjunction with this, we are able to provide accurate development appraisals, analysing returns over the life of a project, and forecasting future returns. Once the schemes are let we provide advice on the sale of the assets to maximise value.
