Development consultancy

The group provides specialist advice on development consultancy, disposal and acquisition to landowners, developers and occupiers from both the private and public sector. The group advises wherever change takes place, either in the development of greenfield sites or in the urban renewal of ‘brown’ land. A key factor is the close links with the planning, investment and agency groups.

Clients include AMEC Developments; British Land; English Partnerships; ICI Estates; Ministry of Defence; Scottish & Newcastle Breweries, Slough Estates, Regional Developments Agencies, Government Agencies, Local Authorities and other public bodies.
