Financial modelling
The financial modelling team is based in our London office and advises both corporate and public sector clients on projects within the United Kingdom and across Europe.
Typically we advise on the following project types:

The construction of a bespoke model allows us to deliver a precise tool which meets specific requirements that cannot easily be delivered by proprietary software.
Our models are built using Excel and VBA and are capable of producing detailed real and nominal cash flows, balance sheets and profit and loss accounts. We can conduct a thorough quantitative feasibility study by modelling the project cash flows and analysing the impact of a series of key sensitivities. We have extensive experience in building complex financial models on behalf of major PLC’s, Funds and Local Authorities involved in property investment and development.
The modelling function we provide allows us to build flexible and robust models for our clients to use on a daily basis to forecast and evaluate the outcome of a course of action or to manage performance against actual data.
