Framework agreements
King Sturge has a framework agreement with OGC to provide estates consultancy services. This agreement allows any public sector body to instruct a consultant from a panel of specialists which have been previously appointed through a competitive tendering process.
Firm wide we have informal relationships with other professionals also on Framework agreements, which allows us to form part of a multi disciplinary team in order to deliver complex projects which require a property focus.
King Sturge also has term contracts with The Insolvency Service; Ofsted; H.M. Courts Service; and Cambridgeshire Horizons.
