The Retail Lease Consultancy team is instructed on over 300 retail units on behalf of Orange Retail Limited, with a combined rental value of over £47 million per annum. The team is also instructed to provide lease consultancy advice on behalf of Bank of Ireland UK Financial Services (including Bristol & West/Britannia); the portfolio is comprised of over 240 properties, principally concentrated in the retail sector, with a combined rental value of c. £11m per annum. Our landlord clients include, amongst others: Morley Fund Management; Prudential; The Crown Estate; the Church Commissioners for England.
The Lease Consultancy team are able to add value to either a retailer or landlord client through a combination of experience and investigation into the retail market.
