In town management

In town retail management is carried out by the Asset Management department who oversee a mixed portfolio in excess of £10 billion and collect rent and service charge to the sum of £800 million on behalf of investors including the following:
- Morley Fund Management
- General & Legal
- Hermes
- IPIF
- The Crown Estate
- Church Commissioners
The High Street retail element consists of approximately £3.5 billion and is managed from offices throughout the UK. From these offices specialist teams provide the following services for clients with retail holdings:
- Rent collection & service charge
- Co-ordination with retail agents and Lease Consultancy surveyors
- Placement of local marketing and promotion
- Health & Safety management
- Credit control and financial management
- Procurement of services
The Asset Management department works closely with both retail letting agents and landlord & tenant surveyors to offer specific advice to local and national investors.
