International residential funds
We have experience in structuring residential funds that invest in off-plan residential schemes in order to gain significant discounts to the full market value by purchasing significant lot sizes. We advise our clients on investments across Europe but concentrate on the emerging Central and Eastern block countries where significant returns can be generated. We advise funds domiciled in the UK and raise equity through private investors as well as Institutions. In addition we provide financial modelling for funds and are retained to source product and provide fund management functions on behalf of our clients.
Sourcing and deal flow is maintained through the King Sturge network of over 30 owned and associated offices, through comparables can also be obtained.
