The King Sturge Lease Consultancy group offers a comprehensive range of services to investors and occupiers. We provide advice on the initial drafting of a lease, giving full consideration to the long and short term impact of the contract, as well as negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals. We also advise on lease structuring and break clauses.

Our advice covers all types of commercial property, including office, retail, leisure, industrial and logistics accommodation across the UK, Eire, mainland Europe and North America. We liaise with our agency teams to give us comprehensive knowledge of local and national markets, as well as the appropriate leasing practices.

The Group advises on negotiations and disputes between investors and occupiers, regularly acting as expert witnesses in presenting cases to Arbitrators, Independent Experts and to Court. Clients include many UK, European and global companies as well as smaller local businesses.

The Group is represented within the majority of King Sturge offices and in the UK comprises over 50 Surveyors, including 20 Partners.
