Luminar Leisure, the UK’s largest operator of nightclubs and late night entertainment venues has appointed King Sturge LLP to roll out its acquisition programme. Luminar is looking to expand the brands Oceana, Lava & Ignite and Liquid.
Looking for both development opportunities and going concern purchases the acquisitions are headed by three partners in the Retail and Leisure Department: Nick Ferris (North of England and Scotland); Mike Taylor (London, South East and home counties) and John Kinsey (Midlands, Wales and the South West).
