There are forty two project management staff within King Sturge with the main teams based in London, Bristol and Birmingham. The team has extensive experience of new build, refurbishment and fit out projects for private and public sector clients.

The team can provide advice including:

  • Project Strategy and Planning, advice on project set up, risk management and control.
  • Selection of Design Team and Procurement Strategy.
  • Management of Design and Tender Activity.
  • Management of the Construction Process.
  • Post Completion Management of lettings and sales interface.
  • "High Level" Due Diligence, reviewing designs budgets and programmes within the context of third party interest in a project.
