Various systems, processes and partners are in place to ensure that matters such as health, safety and the environment, financial management, insurance, tenant relations and quality of output are managed and measured.
King Sturge LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in relation to insurance mediation. We are able to arrange property owners insurance through AON, our preferred broker. We are also able to make insurance arrangements with a broker nominated by our clients.
Power Efficiency are our preferred consultant for procurement of utility services. Their role includes tendering utilities, bill validation, benchmarking and energy audits.
We are members of Real Service, a group of property owners and managing agents. Real Service aims to drive best service standards across the property industry for both property owners and their tenants.
We are committed to efficient and effective service. Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), one of the foremost management system certification and verification organisations, has certified the King Sturge business management system. They carry out regular assessments of those procedures to verify that we comply with ISO 9001.
