King Sturge is a leading agent specialising in major shopping centres in the UK, and has developed an expertise in advising in retail, leisure and mixed use developments for owners, occupiers and local authorities.

King Sturge shopping centre leasing and asset management team comprises 39 professional staff, 18 of these are at Associate level or above, all of whom work closely with the Investment and Lease Consultancy teams to give an unrivalled experience and exposure to all facets of shopping centre development and leasing.

Our specialisation in shopping centre consultancy involves all aspects from site acquisition, investment, design development, leasing strategy and leasing, asset management and professional disciplines. Whilst the practice operates principally in the UK, our expanding European offices and International network, mean we constantly draw on expertise throughout the world. We are active members within the BCSC organisation.

As a practice, King Sturge have been involved in a number of department store transactions since 2005 and we believe the quality of the schemes which we have been associated gives us a unique opportunity to create the maximum of any retail opportunity given our relationship with the UK’s Top 100 Retailers with whom we transact on a daily basis. This insight allows us to anticipate future transactions and requirements from these key tenants and ensure that the scheme lettability and long term sustainability is maximised.
