From our experience of managing international investment funds we have developed a strong network of contacts within the various markets enabling us to source a wide range of quality assets, often on an off market basis. We have developed considerable skills in investment analysis enabling us to explore new opportunities at a local market level, including analysing market trends, and running appraisals on an asset by asset basis according to our client’s individual risk and return requirements.
We are able to identify and advise on key risks and sensitivities affecting individual investments, exploring different options available and delivering practical solutions to maximise investment returns. In addition, we are able to identify areas of opportunity for future strategic asset management and income enhancement.
We offer Fund level due diligence during the creation of a Fund, and we also co-ordinate the property level due diligence involved with the sale and acquisition of assets. We provide a UK based central co-ordination and monitoring service that ensures a high level of consistency and professionalism is maintained across the target region. Managing external consultants is an important role and we have established excellent working relationships with most of the major legal and financial consultancies across Europe.
