To support our clients in improving their own environmental performance, we set up the Environmental Sustainability Group (the ‘ESG’) in 2007. This Group works with our clients to advise on portfolio-wide environmental initiatives with the aim of maximising both environmental and business performance. Our ESG creates a centre of excellence for all environmental sustainability issues. It includes experts inenvironmental sustainability in each of our departments enabling us to develop best practice across the property spectrum.
