King Sturge's Southampton office covers the region from Weymouth and Dorchester in the West through an arc taking in Salisbury and Winchester to Bognor Regis in the East. The area includes the South Coast Metropole which includes Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Bournemouth and Poole.
The Agency Team handles development, occupational and investment agency in the office, industrial, retail and leisure sectors, whilst the professional team undertakes landlord and tenant, valuation, property management consultancy and rating work.
The office also provides residential consultancy, management and building consultancy services and supports the firm's corporate recovery expertise where appropriate.
