The Swindon office offers a full property market service including agency, valuation, lease renewal and rent review, development and property management and building consultancy service in the area centred upon the town but including West Oxfordshire, West Berkshire and North Wiltshire.
Currently the Industrial Agency team handles some 53,250 m² of existing space ranging from small nursery units up to 8,550 m² of speculative warehousing at Marston Gate, South Marston.
The Office Agency team are handling some 37,430 m² of space ranging from small office suites to modern, air conditioned offices suitable for headquarter occupation at Drakes Meadow and Delta Business Park as well as up to 8,000 m² for refurbishment at the Atrium in the town centre.
On the development side, the Swindon office handles 41 hectares of development land for clients and has been advising on a number of mixed use schemes in the town centre including commercial retail, offices and leisure together with high quality residential departments above.
The office also manages extensive property portfolios for clients in Oxfordshire, Swindon and Wiltshire which have a combined value in excess of £175m.
